Changshu Dongfang Printing and Dyeing Factory

Established in 1992, Changshu Dongfang Printing and Dyeing Factory is a manufacturer of knitted fabric, fleece, woven fabric, twill, bedding, and other home textiles. Our factory can handle all the necessary processes such as dyeing, printing, finishing, and after-treatment on-site to ensure that we maintain high quality throughout, as well as to lower cost for our customers.

We have been expanding rapidly since our inception; in 1999 we established Changshu Huafang Knitting Company to handle our knitted fabric line. Then, our company invested in Changshu Mengxin Family Decoration Company in 2001 in order to handle processing of the bedding products, garments, and home decoration. At present, the factories cover an area of 120,000 square meters, and we employ more than 1,200 people.

Changshu Dongfang has fixed assets of over USD25,000,000. We import our production equipment, which includes 55 dyeing, 10 forming, 8 flat printing, and 4 cylinder printing machines. We also have 2 sets of computerized testing and matching color systems, a continuous washing machine, and 10 grain velour producers. With such a well-equipped factory, our annual production capability is 20,000 tons of dyed fabric, 100,000 meters of printing, 100,000,000 sets of home textiles, and we can process 200,000,000 pieces of anitpilling. All of this means that we can easily meet global network demands in the textile industry.

All of our products are for foreign markets. In 2000, we attained IS9001 certification to ensure our products meet global quality standards. Since its establishment, we have been serving customers domestically and abroad with excellent service. Starting in 1993, we were awarded on of the Hundred Strongest Enterprises in Changshu for 8 consecutive years, as well as being considered a "Star Enterprise" by the municipal government. We have received the AAA Grade Certificate of Enterprise Credit from the Jiangsu International Consultation and Evaluation Company for 5 successive years.
